Looking for Bizhub353 help

We want to configure our Bizhub353 to send scans to email.
Also need a bit of guidance on a few other things now that we have bought the machine out.

Probably do it over the phone. We are in the SF East Bay Area

Will pay hourly for successful help. Anyone?
