We are looking for an entry to mid level experienced multifunction and single function printer repair technician. We are seeking individuals who enjoy teamwork, possess a good work ethic and communicates well.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing high quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshooting and developing options
- Managing time, resources and various demands
- Networking workstations and copier/printers

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Experience on Sharp or Xerox MFP
- Networking Skills
- Excellent customer service, solid job tenure, and positive attitude
- Ability to self-manage and perform with minimal supervision
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Job will require lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, standing, and moving of large objects
