What do you currently offer techs? Do you have any openings for a higher level tech/supervisor position? I am interested in moving, but I would not be happy moving back to an entry level position either... Also, what is your timeline for hiring? I am planning on a smooth transition out of current job as much as possible, which means giving at least a month notice so I can train someone to replace me...Comment

Re: Northwest Arkansas area
I am working on updating my resume to send... Not sure about the pay, I'm sure your pay schedule is different than what I am used to... where I currently work, we have company vehicles, company cell phone, company tools and laptop... I know not all places to all of that...
