- Main Activities:
- Provides preventive maintenance to ensure Konica Minolta & Kyocera products perform optimal efficiency.
- Supports Workshop tasks when required
- Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
- Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
- Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
- Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
- Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
- Works effectively in a small team
