My canon IR 2020 displays the message "change paper size" after copying 5 to 6 sheets. What could be the problem?
we need more info:
what tray is the used for fax print?
what paper size is the tray set for?
could the guides in the tray be loose?
could the received faxes be a different size than the tray holds?
How many prints on the machine? I've seen similar errors, and it wound up being worn out cassette feed rollers and a dirty registration roller... causing just enough of a delay in printing to make the machine think the paper was the wrong size.
