Hi there. Does anyone have the part number for the heat roller (and a good supply source) for a 9330CDW? I have looked on line and can get the fuser unit (pressure roller) but I need the heat roller. Thanks in advance.

the heat is roller is a tricky part to order. it doesn't come separate. what i always try to do is keep the old fuser units of the MFC 9460/9560/9970 that are still in good shape and then try to fix other fuser unit. it works fine then so you can try thatComment
