Brother MFCJ5910dw Cannot detect cartridge

Good day Sir, I'm working with this printer the problem is, it cannot detect all the cartridge. Anybody who encounter this problem? TIA

mostly when this problem happens try to replace the inkt cartridge sensor. both of them. the one at the top and the back. it will surely work then
