[Misc] Brother MFC-8710 Scan issue, Also fax issue....

The customer used to scan to a file off his Brother copier. He would hit scan and then select file... Now for some reason when he hits Scan a message comes up that says "Web Service" Also strangely enough his Fax is feeding the pages through faster.... I am wondering if a Firmware Update occurred... They are connected through the internet via wireless.... Any help would be very appreciated, Thanks so much !!!

Sounds like something changed with the SMTP servers or settings. You'll have to change those to get it working properly.
