I know nothing about the current Brother product line. Which are their best MFPs from a reliability and cost of operation point of view? How is parts availability and support?

I am also seeking some insights into the current line of Brother printers beyond the rosy PR spin I've been subjected to since the Toshiba partnership was announced. Only brother machine I have worked on was a small practically disposable label printer.

Do you do much exercise, walk , jog , run....?

If you exercise you're less likely to have a heart attack when I say "RUUUUNNNN" like crap the other way.

Like all Bruv's, the only thing they are good for is to give other people a copy/printer life experience learning curb. El-cheapo teachs I.T. an alike Professionals the difference between a good cheap throw away machine, and a good reliable Tech serviced (print managed) machine.

The wisdom of the penny-wise eventually work out through a series of painful cheap-machine issues that they get "exactly" what they pay for. They can pay for a cheap-as-chips throw away machine with expensive ink-toner and major reliabiltiy headaches, or they can spend around the some money on a Tech serviced machine worry free.

All learning comes at a price:
If you absolutely have too; sell as many el-cheapo machines you can, with the full intent of trading those machines in for a better quality printer/copier at a later date. Such be the case I hope your customer conflict resolution skills are good exceptional.

Brother has created a unique business only dealer line of product called the "Workhorse"series. Toshiba America is not distributing Brother's general line of retail product, only the Workhorse series such as the MFC-C9570CDW, a 33 cpm Colour A4 rated "Highly Recommended" by BLI.
