open the front door and press the clear button, press the (1) button for "yes replace drum" then close the door.. your done..

Brother MFC8300

I recently aquired a MFC 8300. I have the problem that everytime I scan a document and copy it, there is a very dark vertical streak ~1 inch on the right side of the page. This streak does not present when I reciee a document...any ideas of what I can do to repair this
