Brother printing Cyan problem

Hi

anyone see this problem with MFC Brother?

This is a pritner test so it is not a driver issue. OPC is new. Leterts are incompleate and something cut Cyan rows. Normal printing from Word will also show simillar problems.

what is the life on the drums/dev units?

is the laser/led clean?

is the machine clean?

genuine OEM toner?

Change cyan with magenta or yellow toner to see if the problem moves from cyan to another drum. If it moves with cyan toner you know. If it stays then toner isn't problem.
Make color registation and calibration.

Also what look full CMYK color test pattern (Function code 71)?

Toner look like OEM but I never know as is easy to refill, I just get a picture of toner. I trying to solve problem from service, I think that I need to visit cite.

It looks that laser/led is move to left or something. This dont look like toner problem. I think that he just need to run colour registation. If this do not help I will try today to change Cyan for Magenta or Yellow.
