Brother MFC L5850DW scan app CC4 stopped working.

Has Brother stopped supporting the CC4 scan utility??

the customer told me the scan app stopped working. the red CC4 box is missing. i found it in Brother apps but it wont open.
they told me that when they called Brother tech support, they told them that there was an issue with the license with Adobe, and that the CC4 wont work anymore, that they have to use the ? iprint and scan.

they use PC computers, so maybe i am forgetting the correct name. but that doesn't work they way they want it to.

does anyone know if this is true about the CC4?

Try i print and scan indeed. Control center is outdated app.
Recently we have a lot of problems with scanning because of M$ did something on their part with updates.

ok, thank you. they didn't like how something like all the scanned documents didn't land at the same file, or maybe separate, as needed for court files and ? uploads.

any advice?

I don't understand. They have missing features from cc4 or they don't know how to work with i print and scan?
