Brother printers and toner spilling on the left side of the toner box

Do you know the problem, that sometimes you have quite much
toner spilling on the left side of tonerbox, so the drum unit gets
quite dirty on the left side.
But drum and toner are original.
What is the cause of that.

We also had this pretty often since the last ~12 months, especially with the L6xxx series using "P" toners within brother contracts.
Guess they had some bad charges during production or used parts from their own toner return program.

Plus 1 on bad remanufactured returned toner cartridges. Left side is drive side so maybe vibration and tension momentum are a bit higher.

Sounds pretty shady. So will they replace drum unit parts from malfunctioning refurbished parts?

We were talking about toners and yes they hava a return program and from my knowlege they do harvest certain parts for rebuilding purposes,
afaik according to my source this was suppose to affect "P" toners only wich are made for their own contract/mps program.
