Brother Fax 2820
I have Bro Fx 2820 which will send but will not receive or print. Customer went online and was told it was a coding problem. Does anyone have info on correcting this condition w/ a code?

Which "code"? The country code is used to set fax settings related to national telecom standards. It would effect fax send and recieve, but not print or copy functions as they do not use the modem. To change it, enter maintenance mode (Menu>*>2>8>6>4> then 7>4 then enter the code (8001 for US, 0002 for Canada). Exit Maintenance mode 9>9.
