I have a printer of the type of Brother 3040 printer stopped after two months and back message (please change BK toner)

Im not used it with much

Obviously you need to change that toner cartridge. Maybe you don't use it often, but if you print full coverage it won't last long.

but i checked same toner cartridge on other printer an it work

I have 'googled' this, should be the same for your model.


Toner Reset Menu for Brother HL3070:

1. Open Cover where you access toner cartridges

2. Press CANCEL & SECURE PRINT buttons at one time and you'll see the toner menus on screen

3. Press + or - to navigate through to the toners you need to reset.

4. Use the OK button to reset the toner. Each toner has two listings. Make sure to reset both.

keeps giving me a message saying USB Printing Support has a driver problem. It occasionally prints, but will only print an odd line or two on the page. I have downloaded various Brother drivers and just cant get it to work.
