Hai Friends,
I have a problem with this machine,though I have replaced a new toner cartridge, the machine shows: "TONER LIFE END" so that I cann't use the machine, plz help me.

hello there..i believe you must have remove the white mylar sheet from the catridge when loading it...if yes! you got to find back the white mylar (plastic sheet) that slot in between the drum and charger roller placed it back ( the position must be accurate) then slot in back the catridge.The white mylar sheet is to reset the drum life counter..if can't you e-mail me.

you have to replace with an OEM toner cartridge as it has a "toner reset" mechanism on the cartridge. don't just refill as it won't reset.
