BROTHER MFC9440/Error 32

HI,
Can anyone give a little more insight on previous responses to this post?No paoer is stuck in machine ,ALL SUPPLIES are new.Someone mentioned density sensor,can this be cleaned and where is its location.Is there a rest other than on-off button.

Could be the Exit fan that is faulty....try resetting the error, if resetting does not work then replacing the fan or the control board.
