This Brother HL-5370cw has a light streak down the center of the page. I am thinking it has to do with the drum unit/section but I just wanted to verify. Any help appreciated, thank you.

Usually there is a glass just undernearth the drum that gets a build up of toner on it. Try cleaning that and see how you go. Also make sure that the main charge cleaner on the drum unit is pushed right back to the side.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends. -

The light streak is intermittent, so doesn't happen all the time. I also won't work on this machine all that often so I don't need a a manual for it. Thank you for the help.Comment
