Got this DCP J125 in for servce, the test print prints out the cyan, yellow, black and cyan test pattern partially. Work done: Did cleaning of machine from the menue section and also cleaned the head, partial print still remians. Any idea of the cause.

There is an option to clean the individual colours in the test mode 76 on most brother machines. This gives a deeper clean than the user menu available clean. Try running this a couple of times on any of the individual colours and see if you get any improvement. If not then the print head is blocked and will need replacing. Usual causes are low usage, causing the ink to dry out, and non original inks being used.
