When turning the copier on the "no tray reinstall tray 2" comes on, there is no tray 2 on this machine.

Try doing a parameter initialize.
Try doing 91 first as this retains all user input details
If no joy try a 01 reset but this will wipe any user input information and reset machine back to factory setting

I try it all 91, 01 the error comes back like the cat.
