Customer wants this fixed and I am down to replacing boards. Research shows that the Transfer HVPS assy and the engine board may be the cause. Thinking that ordering the engine board may be
the first step... Any suggestions ? Thanks So Much...

if you have already cleaned the toner density sensor assembly, checked if there is scratch and dirt on the belt unit then you have to replace the engine pcb.

It turned out to be that the Density sensor shutter was sticking to the "anti noise" pad that is located on the solonoid itself.
I removed the pad and it runs great. Thanks so much for your feedback..
