Hi all, i have brother printer the model is MFC-8370DN and it is multi functioning it scans,fax and print but the problem that i am facing is the printer becomes on line and offline with 10 seconds time interval and it makes printing on it difficult. I am using it as a network printer but some times it prints fast and sometimes it doesn't print at all or it prints after a long time and when the printer is not printing i tried to pign the IP address but is shows me no reply.please tell me where the problem might be because this printer is becoming a headache.

It could be the network card on your computer. Power Management has been enabled. Often, the Network Card does not know how to wake up after it has gone to sleep. Disable Power Management on network card and see if this fixed the problem.Comment

verify that the ip address of the machine has no conflict.Nobody is perfect..Comment
