    [Jamming] Brother DCP-J315W

    hello ...we have Brother DCP-J315W if we started this printer this message appeared there ( initial.imposs.50 open hood backlog remove jammed paper) that mean it have paper jammed open backlog cover and remove the paper but ..it have any paper jammed ...l clean the detector paper ..but it have nothing ..please l need the solution to solve this problems ..thanks .

          unfortunately l l said you this information but l solve this problems by assistance from more friends technician ...good lucky dear paul .....Look for another victim..

              I suspect there is something in the gear. Had a similar situation where a piece of white paper was jammed in between the white gears. Difficult to see of course unless you go looking for gears problem. Good luck.

                      there is a switch which closes when you close the cartridge cover. seems to me that its havin trouble.

                      Possible soln : try opening the machine, and check for the switch. If faulty, needless to say replace. Else, position it back and you're back in business.
