I am working on a Brother DCP-9040cn. It was getting a "print unable 32", I replaced the transfer p.s. and this eliminated the print unable 32 but now getting a cartridge error. I put in another transfer p.s. from a spare parts printer, still got the cart. error. I replaced the cartridges and drum unit but still get the error. my next thing to try is the charge p.s. My question is has anyone had this problem before and are there any suggestions as to what I should be looking for? Thank You

Problem resolved; proved to be cartridge sensor flag inside the printer. Flag had gotten dislodged and was causing a cartridge error for cyan. I disassembled and reengaged the flag. Nothing was broke thankfully and the printer works fine.Comment
