intellifax 4750e says printing online but does not print

Like I said in the title it says that it's printing but does not print. If I unplug it and plug it back in it prints some received faxes from memory and then gets stuck on the printing online again. If I unplug again it doesn't print anything. It will not print reports or let you cancel the printing or anything. Just beeps when I press the buttons. Please help thanks.

Unplug the machine and hold the stop key while plugging it in, this will clear all faxes in memory and it will work, but you'll lose anything in memory...

I have seen this on various Brother fax machines.

The only way to clear this is to go into maintenance mode and run a 91 reset, parameter initialize. (This does not reset user information.)

If this does not work then the only answer is to run a 01 full factory reset. (This is usually required)

However be aware that this will reset any user changes and any programming that has been done, & any one touch & speed dials will be lost

But it does cure the problem
