BROTHER MFC9840CDW " Unable to print error 72 " ?

Brother mfc9440 is displaying the message, "Unable Print 72 ".

Does anyone know what this error message is referring to?

It's either condensation power off wait until temperature stabilizes and try powering on.
check harness to laser unit. replace laser unit. replace engine PCB.
error means "beam detecting sensor (k) failure"
