Brother HL-1112 Orange Led steady Green blinks 3 times

According to a Brother chart this is a fuser error, however the fuser feels warm at touch and I tried the factory reset method and no change is observed. Not very familiar with this seres of printers, also the fuser is not disassembly-friendly (you have to take out the boards to disconnect the AC wires).

Any idea is welcomed.
