Unfortunately, the "manual" input of email address can't be disabled. You are better off limiting destinations at your email server with some group policy.

That type of configuration has to be done on the server.

You can try this before disabling anything.

You can restrict the domains to which documents can be sent via E-mail or I-Fax using the 'E-mail/I-Fax Domain Sending Restriction' setting. If you restrict the domains for sending, you can send documents only to destinations which belong to the specified domain.

To restrict the domains to which documents can be sent via E-mail.

          1. Hit Additional Functions > System Settings > Restrict the Send Function > E-mail/I-Fax Domain Sending Restriction.

          2. Select 'On' for 'Restrict Sending to Domains'.

          3. Specify the domains to which you want to allow E-mail or I-Fax documents to be sent by pressing 'Register'. You can register up to 3 domains.

          4. Set the 'Send to Subdomain' option to 'Permit' to allow sending to subdomains of the entered domain or 'Reject' to not allow sending to subdomains of the entered domain.

          5. Press 'OK'.
