HP 3380 Win8.1 USB Driver

Has anyone had a problem updating the HP 3380 all-in-one 32bit USB Printer Driver over to a 64Bit Win8.1 system?
The current updated Dot4 USB driver from HP.COM doesn't show the printer in Win8.1. It shows the printer icon in Devices and Printers but with no software connection or active printer drivers install.

Hold the phone. Problem solved.....
A Windows update solved the problem.
