CLJ CP2025 Cartridge tray stuck.

I've had two products with the same issue within the past week. First a Canon Image Class MF8350Cdn & now this HP. They both use the same tray assembly. It appears the black cartridge was not installed in the tray correctly & is preventing the tray from opening. I can't see any way to get the tray to pull out without breaking something or tearing the unit down from the top. Any hints from someone who's overcome this issue?

Tell the cust:

"Sorry, since someone jammed a cartridge in there like this, I'm gonna have to just pull it out and then fix whatever breaks in the process."

About 1.44 min into the video above, you see the white latch that locks the drawer to the machine. this may be stuck there and i think you have to use your wits to pry, wiggle at that latch and the rest to get the drawer unstuck. I have had these situations in may different situations, like printer trays not opening ect. and there is just no one answer. you are on your one on this one i think.

here is a video also of a guy doing a teardown of this machine but he must have taken out a million screws with a non-powered thing. good luck
