I have an office with about 8 HP 3800N printers networked without a server. One computer station when printing to a specific printer prints every page with the header on the right side saying Dermapath Diagnostics. It doesn't do it with any other printer, and every other work station doesn't do it to this printer. Only the one station to the one printer. I've tried a cold reset, reinstallation and get the same result. Only this one computer prints to this specific printer and gets that header even on just a test page print from the workstation. If I print a test page from the printer it doesn't do it. It also does not matter what program that workstation prints from. It's always there.
I printed all the configuration pages from the printer and that name isn't anywhere on the printouts. Where is it coming from? If you check print preview before printing, it's not on the scree, yet prints every time.
I'm baffled. Anyone ever heard of this.
