Large RX faxes (>10 pages) show as being received OK in the fax report, but not all pages print and there is nothing in memory, as it is set to always print. In one example, a 20 page document was witnessed as received page by page, but only 8 pages printed. Identical machine three offices away with the exact same settings has no problems.

Could there be some sort of setting that eliminates blank pages in a fax?
I've never seen this before... keep us posted if you fix it. -

most fax machines has page numbering on rx, so you can see 1 of 20 ect. check the manual and turn on this feature. Sometimes fax memory needs to be cleared and setup again. see your manual. also check if there is additional memory installed, [if this machine supports addition fax memory] remove and try again. corrupted fax memory can cause all kind of problems.THE ONLY THING FOR EVIL TO TRIUMPH IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING..........edmund burkeComment

After a lot of tinkering with settings changes, and checking for hardware failures, the solution turned out to be reinstalling the firmware. It was already up-to-date, but after reloading it, everything works the way it is supposed to. Not the first time a firmware reload fixed a problem.
