Hello,

Customer had HP Laser Jet 9000 MFP start RAM counter and stop.

I replaced the DIMM, RAM and Hard disk and still the same problem

Kindly ideas .

Probably a formatter--that would be my guess.

I would suspect the formatter. However, before replacing, remove the formatter and reinstall, and make sure the screws that secure the formatter is tight enough. do cold reset also. remove the hard drive and boot the machine without it, the machine boots without the hard drive , but scanner will be disabled.
Also remove and accessories, finisher, fax. worst case do nvram.
