RM1-4554 Fusers for the P4014, P4015 and P4515 Series. The printer Techs?

Not too long ago we had a conversation about these fusers where we agreed that the aftermarket was crap and myself had
received very low mileage on them. I'm going to say 50 - 100K prints. If I got 100K I would consider myself very lucky. I agreed OEM Fusesr are the way to go, even price wise because of the unnecessary return trips and repeated replacements you would be better off just installing OEM in the first place. Well I saw this video from a company called The Printer Techs. and wanted to see if anyone had experienced their fuser and fuser life from these guys. Just knowing these boxes I'm gonna call shenanigans! Would love to hear from anyone about this.

Secondly, If I wanted to rebuild my own fusers where would be a good supplier of sleeves and grease?

I usually order sleeves from ebay in bulk. I generally only use them in emergencies, when I'm out of fusers in stock and the customer NEEDS to be up and running before one can be delivered. So I don't worry about 'good' sleeves vs 'bad' sleeves. But I'd say that if it's really rebuilt, then it does need a new heating element... or whatever you'd call that thing.

Never used this company, or even heard of them.

Rebuilt fuser will need a sleeve, pressure roller, pressure roller bearings and a heating element. Also, needing a good grease that will work. After all this, if the fuser fails early, you don't have a warranty return policy.

About the fusers from PrinterTech.com, will they give you a 500,000 pages warranty? Maybe these guys sells fuser parts? Is the cost of their fuser close to the cost of a new OEM. I had OEM fusers that lasted over 400,000 pages.

Check their warrantee policy. If they will gladly replace any fuser that fails before their stated lifespan for any reason for free, you're good to go.
        Otherwise, use extreme caution.
