    HP m750dn error 30.01.08

This machine is only a couple of months old. Customer says they reboot and it works for a while then comes back. The manual says...

This is an informational message, and no action is required. If the flatbed optical assembly cannot find the origin notch on the flatbed scanner, the scanned image might be offset on the copied page. The image displacement will be less then 1 mm or pixel off.

Since the manual says no action required, I am not sure how to stop the code. It would have to be in the most secure place on base, so I want to be prepared before I go. Has anyone else had this code?

I'm curious about an answer on this one too.
Error 30.01.08 relates to home position on the scanner
and the HP m750dn doesn't have a scanner that I know of.
From what I can tell it is a color printer only.

Shit, I got the model wrong. These are full size Enterprise m700mfp's. We sold 16 of them to this place. Had to pull them from dealers in other states. My mistake, I also had a ticket on an m750. confused myself. Been a long day.

Being new, I have to wonder if this is something HP will address in a firmware upgrade.
