HP M680 Home Page scan to email missing

HP M680 Enterprise....Scan to email icon is missing. Users states that it was on there till a few days ago. Could not find any way to change which icon appear or what order they are in.

Is it still configured correctly? Im sure in the past i have had this issue and the device had lost some settings.

log onto the EWS via ip address. under the settings tab all the way at the bottom ther should be a home screen set up where you can check/uncheck options that are on the Control panel, see whats going on there.
