hp color laserjet 5550dn false paper jam in tray 2

hello to all,
i have problem with hp cloro lj 5550dn have false paper jam in tray 2 !!! any idea ?

take out the transfer assembly and the lowest 2 toners,lift the panel on the top of the pickup assembly, unplug the connector.Take out the couple screws that hold the pickup assembly in and lift it out of there. look inside the left side and find the flag , it comes loose in it's mounts. GOOD LUCK
