The CLJ 5550 is kind of a rare beast in this part of the periphery, but I'm going to put this here anyway so that I remember it.
If you ever have one of these that sounds like the alarm when Ripley blew up the ship in the first "Alien" movie, and there are paper jams with code 13.09 (top cover area) that look like this:

Look on the left lower front:

It has fallen off, and the drum shutters aren't opening.
(The link for the alarm sound was OK for me, but if you are not me open it at your own peril. On a lighter note, the alarm sound is now the ringtone on my phone.)
