HP 4100 Error 58.3

Hi
Customer called with 58.3 error after moving machine and while not dropping it,put it down very hard.After that they said 58.3 error came up and
it wont clear.I have to service on Monday,any ideas as to what may have happened?I have not seen this code on this series before.
