the printers setting is to one page. the computer is also at 1 page. when i print a test or a word doc multi page i get one set. when i use the customers invoice program to do a small set of say 5, i get one set. when they initiate a full run of 1700 invoices, it never stops and it starts a second set after the first was printed. they are on at least one server. does anyone know if this could be the formatter, or the server issue?? they tested it from another copier in sets of 500 and it was ok. any ideas would be appreciated. thank you, Jim

When tested to another copier, did you meant a M600 series printer? Could be a print driver issue.Comment

I just had this problem. Client was printing payroll checks from a web based program. If she printed a long run from Word, no problems. Updated the firmware, resolved.Comment

sorry, i forgot where this thread was. they made a run of the 1700 invoices. it never stopped printing. i found that after it ran them all, it started a second run. if i run anything else it was one print. they had it run on another printer and it was fine. they have a large server and IT people. i have not heard back from them. thanks for the ideas.Comment
