HP Photomart C6180 All in one

Hi My name is Orion. I am a technician here in Dallas at Maytage Office Systems. I am working on a HP Photomart C6180 and I am having problems when I turn the power on it tries to initialize but it automatics shuts down and continues to do so until I unplug the machine. Has anyone out there experienced this problem with this model or any other models that has found the solution to this problem?
