What's the model of the machine? Also, is there a config sheet or diagnostics sheet you can show?

Need to know which printer model this is?
Is the cartridge a 51A ??? Did you try another toner cartridge in the machine.
Could be the HV contacts?

yes it's a 51A HP laserjet , the other cartridge work well

If the other cartridge works, then the new one installed is defective. Try installing the old cartridge and see if the problem goes away.

Could be a HV contact issue. Try cleaning the HV contacts and the contacts inside of the left side cover.

I pull out the metal of the HV from cartridge where the spring of the charge roller contact it, (the side of the black bouching ) and I clean it place
, and twist it with a Teflon tape . it worked for now without the black line.
I think there was a leak between the plastic and the metal
