    HP PHOTOSMART C6180

    Hello every one.
I have an other machine of this brand.
On this one, everything works correctly but the problem is that the machine fails to draw the ink cartridges by itself.
    All the pumps operate properly.
I don't understand what could be the cause of the problem and what I can do to solve it.

First, if you aren't using ink cartridges from HP, try those. I have seen aftermarket ink cartridges be clogged out of the box, or have a bad chip that tells the machine the cartridge is empty.
I have also seen aftermarket ink ruin the print head, and if that's the case the machine is junk (when I priced a new print head, it cost almost as much as the entire machine did when it was new). So let's hope that's not the case.
Next, make sure all of the shipping seals are off the ink cartridges. The large plastic one over the ink outlet is pretty obvious, but I think there's a small plastic seal over a vent on the top of the cartridge too. At least there were on the Canon Pixma 500 I had for a while, and the one time I saw Photosmart cartridges they looked pretty similar in size and shape. The one time I failed to remove the seal on the top of the cartridge for my machine I experienced problems like you are.
    Good luck!

One thing that would help a lot, if it is possible could you share a picture of the ink cartridges from the machine that is causing problems? If you can, thanks! If not, no big deal.
If the ink pumps are working, the ink cartridges are the problem. However, I am on the other side of the Earth from you and can't see those ink cartridges, so I am not sure.
