hp laserjet 3380

good day or what ever time it's.i have change the scanner bulb whit one from another 3330 that is working well there bet on this 3380 it still displayed bulb warming up.bet it print menu page and self test page well so what can be wrong whit this 3380.help

you need to open the scanner and clean all the mirrors and the lens I think there are 3 mirrors If the lamp lights up it's good. the mirrors are keeping the light from reaching the ccd. GOOD LUCK
