HP 4015 Poor Print

It has a faded area on the left side approx every 2 1/4 inches apart. It is the diameter of the drum on the toner but I replaced toner with no effect? It was making a slight noise but I replaced the transfer and fusing unit and still no effect on faded mark 😟. Any ideas please 😇!!
