[Misc] Black strip on scans HP ScanJet 200

    Hi all,
I have 2 HP ScanJet 200 which scan with a black strip on the front edge of the documents. Can someone help me please?

Probably the best way to ask is to attach a sample, and tell us which direction the paper was moving while it scanned.

Thanks for replay. The problem started six months after it worked fine. Even lid closed or open it's same. Please see scan sample with lid closed in attached files.Scan sample.jpg

That's probably the ribbon cable attached to the scan lamps.

You are right. It was the FFC. I cut it and redo connections, so it's working fine.
            Thanks you very much.
