HP M570 not recognizing supply levels after DC Controller replaced

Customer contacted us because their HP M570 had a 55.300 error and HP told them it needed a new DC Controller. We ordered and installed a new DC Controller and this solved the 55.300 error issue. Now the machine shows question marks instead of ink levels on the display and on the Supply Info Page. We tried installing a new OEM toner but it did not solve issue. Also tried another new DC controller and did a Super NVRAM Reset.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try a firmware update after replacing the DC controller?
