HP LJ 4250 returning maint. code

I have an HP LJ 4250 that the maint. light keeps coming back on, I've done numerous maint. kits, and clean the codes, but 2 weeks later the
maint. light comes back on...?...memory issue somewhere..?...any help appreciated..
