hp lj m451dn "jam in tray 3" doesn't have tray 3

Has anyone seen this jam error on printer that doen'nt have a tray 3 option? I updated the firmware with no luck???

Is it jammed when you turn it on, or does it jam sometimes and you see it in the history?

Check the paper guide position under machine. It gets out of place causing the sensor flag to be made. I have had this problem when feeding through tray one it says jammed in tray two. Other than that haven't seen that problem, worth a shot
