    HP Color Laserjet 2600 toner cartridge cannot come out

    Cannot remove toner cartridges. Cannot find section in Manual to remove main drive assembly to check what is causing this issue. Can anyone tell me what is the cause without having to remove main drive assembly?

      Check the lock lever, maybe broken
      When I started servicing copiers they used toaster ovens for fusers.....I'm old

          Push the lock lever and you can spin freely.
          Caused by sticky stuff on solenoid
